Welcome to my real estate world. I’m Avery Gilmer and I’ve been investing in real estate since 2012. Several years later and I can say that real estate is my life.
I was only a confused penniless young boy living in Tucson when I started out, but today, I am a Real Estate Investor, Agent, & Developer who has worked with many successful investors. From residential to commercial properties, I have found success in all aspects of real estate.
You know how we are as young college students; impatient and naive. This led me right into a “get rich quick scheme”. As you’d expect, I lost valuable money and was practically impoverished at that point.
It was tough but I had to motivate myself, made the right contacts, and found the right real estate materials. I made deliberate efforts to succeed in real estate by networking and building relationships.
Now, I invest all over the world with other investors who are dedicated, and determined to live financially free through real estate.
